I paid before and I couldt get my money back because She spent an hour eating, chatting or staying in the bathroom. I paid in advance for 3 hours and in the end of the first hour we called the agency to explain and they told me that the can just give me back 300 out of 700 euro i paid. They proposed me another girl to save the situation but I had to wait for 1.30 hour. I think this is not acceptable for such a big company. Obviuosly they didnt refund me
