Total scam:
First : I booked for one hour and she made me wait outside for 30minutes because she was late
Then I told her I will have only 30 minutes just at the beginning.

First of all you booked for one hour and told me you would come immediately but spent all your time in the bus and burnt the time slot I reserved for you on a very high customer traffic SUNDAY.
